Content & Communication Manager

About the role

The Content & Communication Manager will lead the planning and execution of IL Cosmetics Group’s content and communication strategy across digital and traditional channels. Based on‑site in Luxembourg, the role ensures brand consistency, supports product launches, corporate announcements and employer branding, and works closely with product, sales, HR and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain editorial calendars for web, social media, newsletters, presentations and internal communications.
• Create, edit and proofread compelling copy for B2B audiences in the beauty and cosmetics sector.
• Coordinate visual assets with design and marketing teams and manage external agencies or freelancers as needed.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and content effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product, sales and HR teams to support launches, corporate announcements and events.

Required profile

• Strong background in content creation, copywriting and editing for digital and traditional media.
• Experience in communication planning, brand messaging and content strategy development.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work in a multicultural on‑site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
