Consultant - PMO for Advisory & Consulting Growth

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Consultant to join Deloitte's Advisory & Consulting Growth team. In this PMO role you will support senior leadership in shaping and executing growth strategies for the Financial Services sector, with a focus on Asset Management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to define and track sector growth strategies and pipeline opportunities.
• Prepare executive presentations, coordinate leadership meetings and produce performance reports.
• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor key business metrics.
• Lead data‑driven initiatives for pipeline management, sales performance reporting and Salesforce CRM deployment.
• Manage integrated marketing campaigns across events, webinars, social media, articles and web content.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and timely delivery.
• Share knowledge and inspire colleagues to enhance team performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing.
• Highly organized, rigorous, curious and precise with strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to monitor progress, provide regular status updates and solve problems pragmatically.
• Affinity for digital marketing and innovative online positioning.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI for data visualization.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM (preferred but not mandatory).
