Communication & Events Internship – International Marketing

About the role

MD Skin Solutions (MDSS) is a European family‑owned company specializing in medical aesthetics and regenerative beauty solutions. The company is looking for a passionate Communication & Events Intern to join its international marketing team and support digital communication, brand visibility, and event marketing across its premium brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating social‑media content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok.
• Support the design of print and digital visual assets, including reels, ads, brochures and other marketing materials.
• Write captions, newsletters, website copy and digital campaign texts.
• Participate in editorial planning and maintain content calendars.
• Help with SEO optimisation and website content strategy.
• Assist in managing SEA campaigns (Google Ads) and Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement and digital KPIs.
• Conduct trend watching, competitor analysis and market research.
• Support planning, coordination and execution of international congresses, trade shows and corporate events.
• Coordinate event logistics with internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
• Prepare marketing materials, promotional items and product displays for events.
• Assist with on‑site event coordination and post‑event reporting, lead tracking and performance analysis.
• Help organise webinars, product launches, training sessions and customer engagement activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree student in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, Event Management or a related field.
• Internship agreement (Convention de stage) mandatory.
• Available to start in July.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong interest in beauty, aesthetics, luxury or skincare industries.
• Creative, proactive and detail‑oriented with strong organisational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva and AI‑assisted graphic/video creation tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (a plus).
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads (SEA) and Meta Ads ecosystems.
