Collaboration Managed Services Engineer (L4)

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for a Collaboration Managed Services Engineer (L4) to design, implement and operate advanced unified communications solutions for clients worldwide. You will work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment, collaborating with presales, solutions teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and deploy basic‑to‑complex collaboration environments for clients of all sizes.
• Install, configure, integrate and test hardware and software components according to client requirements.
• Maintain and operate complex infrastructures, performing advanced debugging and troubleshooting.
• Identify innovation opportunities and drive digital transformation through new partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor, proposing improvements for clients and internal initiatives.
• Support Solutions and Presales teams with technical expertise and feedback.
• Collaborate with vendors and share knowledge across the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in unified communications environments.
• Fluent English; French or German is a strong asset.
• Proven field experience with Cisco UC solutions (Communications Manager, IMP/Jabber, Video Expressway/CMS/TMS, UCCX, CUBE/SBC).
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Skype for Business, API and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of voice recording (ASC), EMM solutions (VMware, MobileIron, Intune) and IP Trade.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP Collaboration, M365 Fundamentals/Associate) are advantageous.
• Candidate must be a native of a NATO country; NATO Secret clearance is a plus.
