CloudOps / DevOps Specialist - Azure & M365

About the role

We are looking for a CloudOps / DevOps Specialist to join our Energy Business IT department in Esch-sur-Alzette. You will design, develop, and operate cloud‑based applications and infrastructure, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements while supporting Luxembourg’s energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate business, technical, and infrastructure applications in line with requirements.
• Customize applications, infrastructure, or platform components for optimal performance.
• Deliver functionalities following established procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to streamline delivery pipelines and improve system reliability.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Contribute to governance and administration of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID environments.
• Implement DevOps best practices across multi‑cloud environments, including Windows EC2 and SQL Server RDS.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement root‑cause fixes.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Azure services in production.
• Approximately three years of experience in a DevOps, CloudOps or SRE role.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Experience with IaC, CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French or German; Luxembourgish is a plus.
