Carrier Sourcing Specialist – Supply Chain

About the role

Amazon’s Carrier Sourcing Specialists keep our global supply chains running smoothly. You will work with operational, retail and other cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with carrier partners.
• Advise and support teams on operational challenges.
• Plan and organise complex projects across the network.
• Prepare and take part in regular operations calls, business reviews, QBRs and customer service workshops.
• Build and maintain relationships with line‑haul providers to ensure visibility and communication.

Required profile

• A university degree.
• Experience analysing data and creating leadership reports.
• Proven ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Track record of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Data visualisation using Tableau.
• Data visualisation using Amazon QuickSight.
