Business Development, Marketing & Communication Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development, Marketing & Communication Advisor to join our international BMC team. You will work closely with Luxembourg practice groups and colleagues across offices, providing hands‑on support for business development, marketing and communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support practice groups in preparing and executing business development initiatives aligned with firm strategy.
• Prepare, coordinate and update pitches, proposals, credentials, submissions and presentations.
• Compile management information, client and matter lists, and provide day‑to‑day BD support to lawyers.
• Draft, edit and update content for the corporate website, LinkedIn and internal channels.
• Assist lawyers in raising their external profile through articles, rankings content and LinkedIn activity.
• Prepare submissions for legal directories and rankings, gathering information and drafting content.
• Support the organisation and follow‑up of client events, seminars and marketing initiatives in Luxembourg.
• Collaborate with the international BMC team to ensure alignment and share best practices.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing, Communication, Business, Management or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in business development, marketing or communication, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong writing skills and excellent spoken and written English; good command of French and/or German.
• Comfortable using MS Office and digital communication tools.
