Business Development Manager – Asset Management FinTech

About the role

Finologee is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of its professional payments platform, BKO, within the asset‑management sector. You will turn qualified leads into signed contracts, build long‑term relationships with fund managers, ManCos, AIFMs, fund administrators and depositaries, and help position BKO as the reference solution for professional payment flows and bank data exchange in Luxembourg.

Key responsibilities

• Drive BKO’s commercial development in the asset‑management vertical by engaging with key players in the Luxembourg fund ecosystem.
• Take qualified leads from the Marketing team through qualification, proposal structuring, negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to provide market insights that sharpen targeting, content and event programming.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with product, technology and compliance teams to ensure BKO meets market and regulatory requirements.
• Report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and co‑founder, Jonathan Prince, as an individual contributor.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the asset‑management market, particularly the Luxembourg fund ecosystem.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, with a track record of converting leads into deals.
• Ability to manage relationships with investment fund managers, ManCos, AIFMs, fund administrators and depositaries.
• Comfort working in a fast‑growing fintech environment and coordinating across sales, marketing, product, tech and compliance.
