Business Analyst

About the role

We are a large, innovative company with a start‑up spirit, looking for a curious and motivated Business Analyst to join our Luxembourg team. You will help humanise technology by analysing business needs, supporting document automation and workflow digitalisation, and ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare user stories, business rules, functional specifications and testable requirements.
• Support document automation, workflow digitalisation, and document management initiatives, including classification, records identification and migration.
• Analyse current (As‑Is) and future (To‑Be) processes, data flows and documentation workflows.
• Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios and provide UAT support.
• Create training materials, user guidance and comprehensive project documentation.
• Assist change management and user adoption activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in large organisations or financial institutions.
• Proven experience in gathering, structuring and documenting business requirements.
• University or college degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English; French is an advantage.

• Document automation and workflow management tools.
• SharePoint and document management systems.
• Document classification, records identification and migration.
• Process modelling (BPMN, UML, conceptual data modelling).
• Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• SQL and Business Intelligence tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, IBM Cognos, Lumira.
