Business Analyst (Graduate)

About the role

Amazon’s University Talent Acquisition team is seeking recent graduates to join its core consumer business as Business Analysts. In this role you will work across operational, finance, retail and technical teams, using data to identify opportunities, build business cases and drive measurable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uncover business opportunities and develop data‑driven recommendations.
• Analyse large data sets from multiple sources using business intelligence tools.
• Build and track business cases, measuring the impact of actions on key performance indicators.
• Support retail, seller services or business intelligence teams in delivering strategic insights.

Required profile

• Final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or graduated within the last 12 months.
• Studies in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, planning and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML.
