Brand Manager – Travel Market & Innovation Projects

About the role

Ferrero is seeking a Brand Manager to lead its Travel Market and Innovation Projects portfolio. You will shape brand strategies, translate new brands into the travel retail channel, and ensure compelling market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand strategies aligned with group guidelines and adapt them to the travel market.
• Support senior brand management with market and competitive analysis for go‑to‑market plans.
• Create dedicated packs, assortments and drive in‑store activations and visibility.
• Plan and execute media campaigns and client presentations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, using data to refine strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of marketing experience, preferably with a degree in Marketing.
• Background in FMCG, brand marketing and travel‑marketing environments.
• Strong analytical, financial and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and teamwork skills, able to work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (2‑3 trips per year).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP Architecture (optional).
