Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead brand initiatives for our partner company. Based in Luxembourg and operating remotely, you will shape brand growth, support client projects, and drive audience engagement across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business goals.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all touchpoints.
• Support the creation of brand positioning, value propositions, and communication frameworks.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage brand campaigns from inception to performance review.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists to produce high‑quality brand assets.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Track brand performance metrics, customer feedback, and social engagement.
• Manage multiple branding projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
