Brand Manager – Ferrero Rocher Core (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Ferrero is seeking a Brand Manager for the Ferrero Rocher Core portfolio on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis at its Global Headquarters in Luxembourg. You will help shape the future of one of the company’s most iconic brands, ensuring visual identity, communication and positioning are consistent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of Ferrero Rocher’s new visual identity across markets, coordinating packaging and print trials.
• Support the implementation of updated brand positioning by developing global communication tools and assets.
• Define and validate consumer testing activities in partnership with consumer insight teams.
• Review market communication materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and best practices.
• Develop and manage a global sponsorship platform, working with external agencies to create tailored assets.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Approximately 7 years of experience in FMCG, brand management or a comparable marketing environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects in an international setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
