Azure Cloud Engineer

About the role

As an Azure Cloud Engineer at CLdN IT Systems SA, you will ensure the stability, security and continuous improvement of the company’s Azure environment. You will lead advanced troubleshooting, drive automation and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the logistics business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advanced troubleshooting and resolution of high‑priority Azure incidents (authentication, automation, networking, VM).
• Perform root‑cause analysis and manage recurring Azure issues.
• Own Azure platform operations including VMs, networking, storage, backup, automation accounts and service integrations.
• Design, implement and maintain automation using Terraform, PowerShell and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Optimize platform performance, cost and security posture.
• Mentor L1/L2 support teams, create documentation and close knowledge gaps.
• Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams on cross‑functional projects.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and major incident response.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks such as NIS2 and ISO 27001.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Azure engineering or cloud operations.
• Proven L3/senior support experience in enterprise environments.
• Track record of leading incident response and automation initiatives.
• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ‑104, AZ‑305, AZ‑400) and knowledge of security or DevOps certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high quality and responsibility.
