IAM Engineer – Level 1 (Operational Security)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IAM Engineer (Level 1) to join our Operational Security team within a large enterprise IT environment. The role focuses on providing first‑line support for identity and access management processes, ensuring users have the right permissions while maintaining security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for IAM operations, handling incidents, requests, and access tickets.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across multiple systems and applications.
• Support onboarding, role changes, and off‑boarding processes for employees.
• Monitor IAM workflows to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to resolve access issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access management problems promptly.
• Maintain and update operational documentation related to IAM processes.

Required profile

• Interest or experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Autonomous, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
