Avaloq Developer

About the role

We are looking for an Avaloq Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Avaloq platform using PL/SQL. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate their needs into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Avaloq‑based applications using PL/SQL.
• Implement, test, and deploy functional enhancements aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate needs into technical specifications.
• Provide incident follow‑up, bug fixes, and performance optimizations.
• Share knowledge, mentor junior team members, and contribute to code reviews, documentation, and agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in Avaloq development (mandatory).
• Excellent command of PL/SQL.
• Strong knowledge of banking environments; corporate banking experience is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, structured, and able to share expertise with others.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
