Automation Test Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Automation Test Analyst to join our IT team responsible for developing and validating critical applications. You will design, execute, and continuously improve automated testing processes to ensure high quality, stability, and performance of our software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze functional and technical requirements to define comprehensive test scenarios.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using industry‑standard tools.
• Execute test campaigns, collect results, and provide detailed analysis.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes within an Agile environment.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and testing cycles.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Understanding of application environments, APIs, and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Analytical mindset with a quality‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in French (minimum C1) and English (minimum C1).
