Associate DevSecOps Engineer (Luxembourg)

About the role

The European Investment Bank is looking for an Associate DevSecOps Engineer to join its Cloud, DevSecOps & SDLC Enablement Unit in Luxembourg. You will work on embedding security throughout the software delivery lifecycle, supporting secure CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and support the DevSecOps toolchain, including CI/CD platforms, code repositories, artefact management and Infrastructure‑as‑Code tooling.
• Maintain secure pipeline templates and enforce platform standards and security baselines.
• Assist the rollout of the EIB SDLC framework, implementing quality gates, automated controls and evidence collection.
• Integrate security controls such as static and dynamic code analysis, dependency scanning, secrets management and infrastructure security checks.
• Monitor and remediate security findings in collaboration with delivery teams and senior engineers.

Required profile

• Graduated in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in cloud technologies, DevOps and security.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
