Associate Corporate Paralegal – Global Subsidiaries

About the role

Amazon is seeking an Associate Corporate Paralegal to support its Global Subsidiaries team. You will work on international entity formation, compliance, and strategic transactions while collaborating with internal and external legal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Form and maintain entities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage ongoing subsidiary compliance matters.
• Support acquisition, restructuring, and other strategic projects.
• Liaise with external counsel, business units, tax, accounting, and compliance teams.
• Assist with board and director communications and statutory obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proven experience as a corporate paralegal or in a similar role within a multinational or Fortune‑500 environment.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information.
