About the role

Join co-labor, a social‑economy organization dedicated to professional reintegration and ecological responsibility, as a Communication Apprentice. You will support a wide range of communication activities, from social media management to event coverage, while gaining hands‑on experience in a mission‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, create editorial calendars and monitor trends.
• Draft press releases, contribute to website articles, newsletters and internal publications, and track media coverage.
• Design communication assets such as flyers, brochures, presentations and social‑media visuals.
• Assist in video production: conduct interviews, shoot short formats, edit footage (cut, subtitles, simple graphics) and propose innovative storytelling formats.
• Support the development and execution of online and offline communication plans, analyse KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Help organise internal and external events, provide on‑site operational support and produce live coverage (photos, videos, posts).
• Update the corporate website, perform basic SEO optimisation and contribute to digital projects such as e‑commerce initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a communication programme (Bac+3 to Bac+5) and seeking an apprenticeship.
• Strong writing abilities and excellent organisational skills.
• Passion for social and environmental impact and willingness to work in a collaborative, values‑driven team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
• Basic SEO knowledge.
• Video editing basics (cutting, subtitles, simple graphics).
