Airline Reservation Agent

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Airline Reservation Agent to join the Flight Coordination team at Global Jet Luxembourg. In this customer‑focused position you will ensure smooth travel arrangements for our pilots and flight attendants, handling everything from flight bookings to accommodation and ground transport.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage flight and hotel reservations for crew members.
• Arrange car rentals at competitive rates.
• Provide crew with complete travel information, including itineraries, accommodation details and transportation arrangements.
• Book and plan training sessions for pilots and flight attendants.
• Deliver day‑to‑day administrative support to the crew travel department.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure accuracy in all reservations and travel arrangements.
