AI & Data Consulting Associate / Senior

About the role

EY is looking for an AI & Data Consulting Associate or Senior to help clients turn AI ideas into tangible outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor and hands‑on delivery lead, guiding businesses through the full AI lifecycle from use‑case identification to responsible implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI use‑case discovery, including problem framing, value case development, feasibility assessment and KPI definition.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Define AI use cases with clear problem statements, value propositions, success metrics and data readiness assessments.
• Translate business needs into functional and non‑functional AI requirements, covering data, workflows, integrations and human‑in‑the‑loop considerations.
• Guide technical and business teams through MVP/pilot delivery, aligning model behavior with business intent.
• Embed responsible AI practices, supporting governance on security, compliance, explainability and risk management.
• Produce executive‑ready deliverables such as use‑case cards, decision notes and AI roadmaps.
• Contribute to internal assets, methodologies and reusable accelerators for the AI practice.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, computer science, business administration or a related field.
• 1–4 years of professional experience in project management, business analysis or consulting, preferably within financial services or large, complex organisations.
• Hands‑on exposure to process automation and AI‑enabled solutions.

• Machine learning and advanced analytics.
• Generative AI and agentic AI concepts.
• Microsoft AI ecosystem: Azure AI, Power Platform, Copilot, Microsoft 365.
