Accounting & Financial Reporting Internship (6 months)

About the role

Ferrero Group’s headquarters in Luxembourg is seeking a motivated intern to join the Finance – Accounting and Reporting team for a six‑month placement starting in September. You will work closely with senior accountants to support month‑end closing and the preparation of both IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP financial statements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with month‑end closing activities in line with the Group calendar.
• Help compile and verify financial data for Group (IFRS) and statutory (Lux GAAP) reporting.
• Coordinate with Controlling, Administration, IT, Group Reporting, and Tax teams on statement preparation.
• Monitor and reconcile data across SAP modules to ensure accuracy.
• Support intercompany reconciliation and issue follow‑up.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and improve recurring processes.
• Contribute to internal control, compliance activities, and ad‑hoc analysis requests.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Finance or Accounting degree program (or recent graduate within 12 months).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, P&L and balance‑sheet concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Proactive communication skills in English.
• EU citizenship or a valid Luxembourg work permit valid until at least February 2027.
