Accountant – Luxembourg

About the role

Broad Street Luxembourg, part of the Goldman Sachs group, is seeking an Accountant to join a diverse and challenging environment. You will support financial reporting, tax compliance and internal coordination while enjoying a balanced work‑life approach.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and prepare interim and annual accounts.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform GAAP reconciliations across US GAAP, UK GAAP, Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS.
• Calculate tax provisions, review tax returns and liaise with tax advisors, auditors and external partners.
• Coordinate with internal and international departments of Goldman Sachs on accounting matters.
• Handle administrative compliance, filing and preparation of distribution memorandums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of accounting or financial control experience in Luxembourg, preferably with exposure to private equity, real estate or debt investments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
