Account & Service Manager – Roaming & eSIM

About the role

Vodafone is looking for an Account & Service Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction for managed roaming services and eSIM solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for existing and new clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, renewals, and upsell opportunities while aligning client needs with our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and issues.
• Lead contract renewal processes and identify upsell opportunities to expand service scope.
• Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth integration of roaming and eSIM services.
• Analyze client data to provide insights, recommendations, and improve account performance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align offerings with client requirements.
• Drive efficiency through automation of account‑management processes.
• Manage vendor relationships (e.g., Kore) to guarantee timely, high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with extensive experience in telecom sales.
• Deep understanding of the telecom landscape, especially roaming and eSIM technologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex accounts and deliver excellent customer service.
