Windows & VMware Administrator (Permanent)

About the role

We are looking for a Windows and VMware Administrator to join our IT department on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of the bank's Windows Server, VMware, VDI, and SCCM environments.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, patch and maintain Windows Server, VMware infrastructure, VDI and SCCM.
• Monitor server health and guarantee high availability of critical services.
• Provide Level‑2 support for Windows, VMware, VDI and SCCM incidents.
• Investigate issues, propose improvements and document operational procedures.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and support activities outside regular hours.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Windows Server, VMware, VDI and SCCM.
• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Good communication, organization and documentation abilities.
