Windows System Engineer – Enterprise Infrastructure

About the role

CBTW is seeking a Windows System Engineer to join its Infrastructure team. You will be responsible for designing, deploying and maintaining Windows Server and Windows 11 environments for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and support Windows Server (2016‑2025) and Windows 11.
• Manage Active Directory services including DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS and File & Print.
• Ensure system availability, performance, security and backup operations.
• Handle OS patching, updates and vulnerability remediation.
• Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell scripting.
• Administer Microsoft technologies such as SCCM, WSUS, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, SQL Server, IIS and Tomcat.
• Apply security best practices based on CIS, NIST, RBAC, ADGDLP and Least‑Privilege principles.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Windows System Engineer in an enterprise setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 11, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Hands‑on experience with SCCM, Intune, Azure/Entra ID, Exchange and PowerShell.
• Good understanding of security frameworks (CIS, NIST, Least‑Privilege).
• Fluent in French and English.
• Master’s degree or Engineering diploma in Computer Science or Infrastructure (apprenticeship is a plus).
