Valuation Consultant – Luxembourg

About the role

CBRE is seeking a Valuation Consultant to join its Luxembourg valuation team. The role involves determining the value of a diverse portfolio of real‑estate assets and providing data‑driven advice to clients on investment and portfolio decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse economic, financial and property‑related data to assess the value of office, retail, logistics, industrial, residential and leisure assets.
• Prepare valuation reports and support clients throughout the valuation process.
• Conduct market research and financial modelling to underpin valuation conclusions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of real‑estate professionals to deliver high‑quality advisory services.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, finance, business engineering, real estate, technical studies or a related field.
• First professional experience in audit, consulting, finance, valuation or another analytical role.
• Fluent in French and strong command of English.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities, curiosity, hands‑on mindset and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Ability to work discreetly with confidential information and communicate clearly.
