Test Manager – Automation & BMC Helix ITSM

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead the automation effort for the BMC Helix ITSM application. The position is hybrid, based in Luxembourg, and requires an EU citizen for an immediate start on a long‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the installation of the automation tool and perform the initial setup.
• Create a testing methodology and define rules for organizing test cases and scheduling automated execution.
• Review manually defined test cases and transform them into automated scripts.
• Develop and maintain automated test cases using Java and Selenium.
• Integrate test automation frameworks into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Senior‑level automation testing experience.
• EU citizenship.
• Ability to start immediately and work on a long‑term contract.
• Familiarity with BMC Helix ITSM (as a user) is a strong plus.
