Technology Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technology Support Engineer to join our team and help ensure that production systems remain available and operate within defined service level agreements. You will be part of a collaborative environment focused on problem solving, knowledge sharing, and delivering high‑quality technical support to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production environments and guarantee system availability according to SLA targets.
• Drive incident and outage resolution, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
• Facilitate rapid restoration of services to the production environment.
• Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to protect critical operations.
• Implement data retention practices aligned with organizational standards.

Required profile

• Intermediate proficiency in Customer Technical Support and IT troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to analyze problems and document findings effectively.
