Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of secure digital solutions focused on encryption, identity management, and strong authentication mechanisms. The role involves managing complex projects in a regulated environment, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technical projects related to security, encryption, and authentication platforms.
• Coordinate developers, security experts, architects, and external partners.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and ensure delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholders at all levels, providing clear communication and alignment.
• Oversee integration of authentication solutions such as MFA, PKI‑based systems, and digital certificates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, especially those linked to cybersecurity and data protection.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and technical governance.
• Support pre‑sales activities by contributing to solution design and effort estimation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical project management experience, preferably in security or identity domains.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as financial services or government.
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• PKI, key management and cryptographic protocols.
• Multi‑factor authentication (MFA), Single Sign‑On (SSO), OAuth and digital identity frameworks.
• Secure system architecture and integration patterns.
• Agile, Scrum or hybrid project methodologies.
• Cloud environments and secure APIs.
• Knowledge of standards such as eIDAS and ISO 27001.
• PMP, Prince2 or Agile certifications (optional).
