Tech Lead – Digital Accelerator

About the role

KPMG Luxembourg is looking for a Tech Lead to drive the technical vision of its Digital Accelerator portfolio. You will combine hands‑on development with strategic leadership, ensuring high‑quality, secure and future‑ready solutions while fostering innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce engineering standards, design patterns and best practices across projects.
• Lead architecture and technical design, guaranteeing performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Contribute directly to the development lifecycle, from design through production deployment.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to align technical feasibility with business goals.
• Guide teams on Agile practices, estimation and delivery planning.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies, with a focus on AI‑driven tools, Copilots and automation.
• Oversee code quality, security and regulatory compliance, including automated controls.
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps practices.
• Mentor and coach developers, promoting a culture of engineering excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive software development experience with proven technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in at least one major technology stack (e.g..NET, JavaScript/React, Power Platform).
• Solid experience with cloud technologies.
