Tax Manager - Dutch speaker

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Manager who is fluent in Dutch to join an international investment group based in Luxembourg. The role offers the chance to work autonomously while collaborating with senior leadership on complex corporate and international tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support tax compliance activities across the group.
• Provide solutions for corporate and international tax issues.
• Advise proactively on internal tax optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare and file tax returns independently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review tax assessments and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
• Prepare documentation in line with government regulations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving tax legislation through continuous learning.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Tax Law, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate tax and/or international tax planning.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg tax regulations.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Dutch.
• Proactive, analytical and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
