Talent Attraction Manager

About the role

The Talent Attraction Manager will lead a dedicated team responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment across a global, multi‑functional organization. Based at the Luxembourg headquarters, you will ensure high‑quality hires while strengthening the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage the Talent Attraction team, allocating workload and monitoring performance.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle worldwide, from sourcing to onboarding, for functions such as engineering, logistics, flight operations, finance and corporate roles.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools and best practices to meet agreed timelines.
• Represent the company at job fairs, university visits and networking events.
• Manage job postings, sourcing channels and the annual recruitment budget.
• Collaborate with HR and Corporate Communications to enhance employer branding.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• 5–7 years of recruitment experience in a dynamic, international environment.
• Proven people‑management experience.
• Fluency in English and French and/or German; additional languages are a plus.
• High integrity and discretion handling confidential data.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with recruitment software (e.g., ATS platforms).
