Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SES, you will support recruitment activities across Europe and occasionally worldwide. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for technical roles, partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract and secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment planning and execution for technical positions in competitive markets.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights on compensation and talent availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Represent SES at job fairs, university events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Contribute to recruitment projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a technical recruiter or headhunter within the technology sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of technical domains such as cyber security, software development, or cloud services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
