Systems Engineer – CI/CD & Infrastructure Automation

About the role

Luxtrust is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer to join its growing team in Capellen. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code solutions that enable reliable, efficient software delivery across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for code integration, testing, deployment, and release.
• Develop and manage infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) scripts to ensure consistent, version‑controlled environments.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks, including server configuration and system updates.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and apply optimisations to maintain high availability.
• Respond to incidents, participate in on‑call rotations, and ensure rapid resolution of critical issues.
• Collaborate closely with development, security, and IT teams to guarantee stable and secure releases.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation and support audit activities.
