Supplier Quality Analyst – Quality Assurance

About the role

Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager, the Supplier Quality Analyst is the primary point of contact for all quality‑related activities with regional suppliers. The role ensures that supplied components meet Husky’s standards and are ready for internal or external customers, supporting both proactive surveillance and reactive issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute supplier surveillance audit plans to maintain or re‑qualify suppliers according to Husky standards.
• Develop supplier improvement plans, monitor implementation, and assess effectiveness.
• Track supplier performance and take proactive or corrective actions as needed.
• Manage part qualifications for assigned suppliers.
• Participate in Andon and Clinic activities related to supplier issues.
• Support and verify execution of containment actions at supplier sites.
• Contribute to root‑cause analysis and permanent corrective action implementation.

Required profile

• Experience in supplier quality management, audits, and part qualification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring performance and driving improvement plans.
• Knowledge of quality standards and compliance processes.
