Strategy & Innovation Program Manager

About the role

Ferrero is seeking a Strategy & Innovation Program Manager to join its Strategy & Innovation (S&I) team at the Luxembourg headquarters. Reporting to the S&I Planning & Development Manager, you will oversee the innovation pipeline, manage the Capex plan for the function and coordinate strategic projects that support the Group’s long‑term vision.

Key responsibilities

• Map, maintain and update the innovation pipeline across pre‑aim, aim and commit stages in line with Group standards.
• Develop and control the Capex plan for the S&I function, analysing opportunities by category and region.
• Track industrialisation strategies, monitor innovation KPIs and support portfolio balancing using prioritisation models.
• Lead strategic projects, including nutrition‑focused initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives.
• Manage the master plan for S&I Planning & Development activities, provide evaluations and recommendations to senior leadership, and monitor progress.
• Represent the S&I Business Planning and Development Manager in meetings when required and assist in preparing Group‑level planning documents.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in FMCG or consulting, with a strong background in program and project management.
• Educational background in Marketing, Economics, Engineering or Management.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives in complex environments and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
