Spare Parts Sales Manager

About the role

Husky TechnologiesTM is seeking a Spare Parts Sales Manager to lead the EMEA regional spare‑parts business from our Luxembourg campus. You will develop customer‑specific strategies, improve quotation‑to‑order conversion, and drive revenue growth for aftermarket products.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve territorial spare‑parts revenue and order targets.
• Support regional target setting, sales plans, and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with regional CSM, Rigid Packaging Sales teams, and key customers.
• Own the spare‑parts monetising process and improve conversion rates.
• Provide market feedback to Product Managers and help define new product offerings.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education (college or university degree preferred).
• 5‑10 years of experience in the injection‑molding industry or a similar sector, focusing on aftermarket sales.
• Strong understanding of injection‑molding concepts and system operation.
• Proven ability to build value propositions and manage customer inventory.
