Solution Consultant

About the role

Avaloq is looking for a client‑focused Solution Consultant to join its Luxembourg office. You will work at the intersection of sales, product and delivery, helping leading financial institutions across Europe and Switzerland address strategic challenges and adopt Avaloq’s wealth‑management technology.

Key responsibilities

• Drive solution‑consulting activities throughout the full sales cycle, from discovery to hand‑over to delivery.
• Shape solutions and consolidate requirements, turning complex business needs into feasible proposals.
• Design and deliver client engagements such as presentations, demos and workshops for senior stakeholders.
• Own and coordinate RFI/RFP processes, ensuring high‑quality, competitive responses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Architecture, Pricing and Delivery teams to align client needs with Avaloq capabilities.
• Document and communicate solution scope clearly from pre‑sales through implementation.

Required profile

• Fluency in German (C1/C2) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in solution consulting, pre‑sales or sales engineering, preferably in banking, wealth management or fintech.
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior, including C‑level, stakeholders.
• Experience working in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments across regions.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
