Solution Architect (AI & Data) – Consulting Manager

About the role

Our AI practice is looking for a senior Solution Architect specialized in the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem. You will act as the technical authority on large‑scale AI missions, guiding client teams from problem analysis through to production deployment and operational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client challenges and assess technical feasibility of AI solutions.
• Score and rank AI use cases based on business impact and complexity.
• Define technical scope, estimate costs, design target architecture and set project timelines for business cases.
• Develop Azure AI reference architectures (RAG, fine‑tuning, AI agents, MLOps).
• Document existing processes and propose AI‑driven redesigns, including intelligent automation and human augmentation.
• Guide clients on security, AI observability, SDLC and address gaps in technical foundations.
• Supervise PoCs, pilots and production deployments of Microsoft AI solutions.
• Ensure AI governance, GDPR compliance, Responsible AI principles and risk management.
• Contribute to practice service offerings and methodological frameworks.
• Mentor junior consultants and technical managers.

Required profile

• 6+ years of IT/Cloud solution architecture experience, including 3+ years on enterprise AI projects.
• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Strong understanding of AI regulations relevant to the Luxembourg financial sector (GDPR, DORA, EU AI Act).

Required skills

• Microsoft Azure AI stack: Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, Azure Machine Learning, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Azure Purview, Azure DevOps.
• MLOps / LLMOps pipelines and enterprise integration (API Management, event‑driven architectures).
• Responsible AI Dashboard and AI governance tools.
