ServiceNow Technical Specialist (Permanent)

About the role

The IT Support department seeks a ServiceNow Technical Specialist to ensure the ServiceNow platform runs efficiently and aligns with business needs. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to design, implement, and maintain solutions that enhance productivity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve the ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap.
• Supervise implementation of ServiceNow and Service Portal solutions, including dashboards and workflows.
• Provide guidance on platform adoption and stay current with new ServiceNow capabilities.
• Manage platform security, access controls, and act as Cloud Application Owner for IT applications.
• Lead CMDB strategy, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and ITIL service processes.
• Liaise with third‑party vendors responsible for platform maintenance and development.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or related field with relevant experience, preferably in banking.
• Extensive experience with ITIL platforms, especially ServiceNow.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
