ServiceNow Quality Engineer (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer specialized in ServiceNow to ensure that all configurations, workflows and integrations meet business requirements and platform best practices before they go live. The role is based in Luxembourg and involves close collaboration with developers, functional teams and business users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute test scenarios, cases and scripts for ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Request and Problem.
• Perform functional, regression and integration testing on ServiceNow implementations.
• Validate workflows, business rules, SLAs, forms and reports against documented requirements.
• Log, track and retest defects in partnership with development and functional teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure proper documentation of test evidence.
• Maintain compliance with quality, governance and audit standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience testing ServiceNow applications and ITSM processes.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform functionality.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for defect management.
• Fluent in English and French.
