Service Delivery Manager – Security Services

About the role

Proximus is expanding its Managed Security Services and seeks a Service Delivery Manager specialized in security. You will act as the main security liaison between customers and Proximus NXT, ensuring that security processes align with standards such as ISO/IEC 27000, NIST 800 series and FIPS.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the security interface between customers and Proximus NXT.
• Collaborate with the SOC Manager, Project Managers and other internal teams to deliver secure services.
• Define, develop and continuously improve security activities, processes and KPIs for Managed Security Services.
• Consolidate and communicate periodic security reports to customers.
• Manage, respond to and route security requests and incidents within Proximus NXT.
• Support the implementation and compliance of security controls with relevant regulations and best practices.
• Gather customer feedback and refine procedures to maintain high service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT security or a related field (master preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in IT security, security management, telecom or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of hardware/software systems and security infrastructure.
• Familiarity with security governance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27000, NIST and FIPS.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Team‑player attitude with a customer‑centric and solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• ISO/IEC 27001 (Lead Implementer) and ISO/IEC 27005 (Risk Manager) concepts.
• NIST 800‑series guidelines.
• FIPS standards.
• ITIL v3.
• CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC certifications (or equivalent).
• Security infrastructure design and implementation.
