Senior Technical Application Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Application Specialist to join our expert team at COSMOTE Global Solutions. In this position you will provide high‑level technical support and drive the integration, optimisation and maintenance of critical business applications for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Address complex technical issues, propose solutions and work‑arounds.
• Design, develop and implement inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) adapters, orchestration flows and mappings.
• Enhance application pages with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Resolve data‑quality problems using Oracle Fusion HCM Data Loader (HDL).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules (especially Core HR) and their data structures.
• Proficiency in REST, SOAP and OIC connectivity agents for external system integration.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader and Oracle Visual Builder Studio.
• Understanding of Oracle HCM technical configuration such as fast formulas, BI Publisher or OTBI reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proven teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
