About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join a well‑established fiduciary in Mamer. The role offers strong career growth, a flexible working environment and direct exposure to a high‑quality international client network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diversified portfolio of private‑equity, real‑estate and private‑debt investment funds.
• Prepare and deliver accurate tax returns and tax reports on time.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing day‑to‑day tax support and practical advice.
• Review and validate tax assessments, ensuring compliance.
• Prepare and review VAT returns where required.
• Collaborate closely with tax lawyers, external advisors and service providers.
• Coordinate with third parties to ensure smooth execution of tax and compliance processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Luxembourg‑based tax role, preferably within a fiduciary, PFS or Big Four environment.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage for local authority interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
