Senior Systems Engineer – ViewPoint Support

About the role

CSC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide Tier 2 support for the ViewPoint (Quantios) platform. You will act as the primary escalation point for complex functional and configuration issues, ensuring smooth operation for business users across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for ViewPoint, handling functional and configuration incidents escalated from Tier 1.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to configuration, permissions, workflows, and user experience.
• Manage incidents through resolution, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain deep knowledge of ViewPoint modules, workflows, and business use cases.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate application configuration and usage patterns.
• Support functional testing, upgrades, and new feature adoption.
• Administer RBAC, conduct access reviews, and ensure compliance.
• Create and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Lead major incidents involving ViewPoint and support root‑cause analysis.
• Liaise with Quantios vendor support to raise defects and track resolutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in application support, preferably in financial services.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex functionality to non‑technical users.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification or higher.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ViewPoint (Quantios) in a production environment.
• Deep understanding of ViewPoint configuration options and RBAC.
• ITIL Foundation knowledge.
