Senior Specialist Mold Demand & Supply Planning

About the role

As a Senior Specialist Mold Demand & Supply Planning you will be responsible for planning mold requirements across the EMEA region and managing mold orders in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams. You will ensure that mold procurement aligns with product road‑maps and market demand, supporting the timely introduction of new tire products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and control mold sourcing for EMEA.
• Develop robust process documentation and reporting systems.
• Estimate delivery timing and costs for all EMEA tire molds based on inputs from business units, procurement, supply chain and mold engineering.
• Collaborate with business units to maximize value from mold investments.
• Work with project managers to keep mold purchases aligned with updated project timelines and road‑maps.
• Control mold ordering in line with approved product road‑maps and PBU plans.
• Provide feasible procurement plans and ensure on‑time delivery of molds to tire plants.
• Coordinate with mold procurement for quotes and with the LuxMold plant to optimise capacity utilisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Business or Engineering.
• 3 years of project management experience or PMP certification.
• 1‑3 years recent experience in Marketing, Sales, Operations or RDE&Q with knowledge of new product development/PCP processes.
• Strong analytical ability and business savviness.
• Process‑oriented mindset with good understanding of reporting systems.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
