Manager Quality & EHS GMS

About the role

The Quality & EHS Manager is responsible for embedding quality, safety and continuous improvement into daily operations at Goodyear’s manufacturing site. This role ensures products meet the highest standards while maintaining a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the site’s Quality and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management Systems.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards and all applicable regulations.
• Monitor performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Facilitate root‑cause analysis, structured problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Oversee customer complaints, process deviations, risk assessments and quality investigations.
• Coordinate internal, customer, supplier and certification audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Develop and support the Quality & EHS team while collaborating with Production, Engineering and leadership to enhance manufacturing performance, product quality and safety outcomes.

Required profile

• 0–3+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, engineering or a related environment.
• Proven ability to build effective cross‑functional relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project‑management capabilities.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and developing team members.
