Senior Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our fast‑moving, globally distributed team in Luxembourg. In this customer‑facing position you will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles, helping prospects translate business challenges into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Executives to drive end‑to‑end technical sales cycles, from discovery to deal closure.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, understand customer architecture and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored demos, presentations and technical narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
• Run proof‑of‑value and proof‑of‑concept engagements, including integrations within customer environments.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with clear, compelling technical responses.
• Act as a bridge between sales, marketing and product teams, sharing customer insights.
• Support workshops, conferences and thought‑leadership initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years in a customer‑facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre‑Sales or Technical Consulting.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Track record of influencing and closing high‑value (six‑figure) deals.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and comfort working fully remote.
• Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Deep technical aptitude for explaining APIs and integrations.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and complex system architectures.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools: Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, macOS.
